An order is a list, not a shop visit

There is no aisle to walk. You write what you want, the address it should reach, and when you need it. We reply with what we can send and what the postage will cost.

If an item is too large, fragile, or out of the current stock, we say so before anything is packed. You only pay for goods we can actually post.

Most notes are short: a few household lines, a delivery address, and a name for the label.

What usually goes in the carton

A mixed set of everyday goods: kitchen bits, cleaning items, small home extras, and other things that travel safely in a carton.

We do not pretend every object on earth is in stock. Tell us the job the goods need to do — a kitchen restock, a move-in box, a desk top-up — and we say what we can put together.

Heavy or odd-shaped pieces are quoted on their own. If postage would cost more than the goods, we tell you before we close the box.
