Letter-box extras
Thin, light pieces that can travel in a small mailer. Stationery, flat packets, slim replacements.
Postage
Postage is the whole service. We sell goods by taking an order, packing them, and sending the parcel. You do not collect from a counter unless we have agreed that in writing.
Everyday goods that fit a carton and survive a normal delivery: kitchen items, cleaning supplies, small home extras, and similar pieces.
Send the names, sizes, and how many you need. If you are unsure of a brand, describe the job — “washing-up liquid, two bottles” is enough to start.
We confirm a substitute only when you have agreed to one. If we cannot match the line, we leave it off and say why.

The usual household order: several items, padded where they need it, one label, one address.
Quoted on its own. We tell you the postage before we tape it, because the carrier price changes with weight.
Each line on your email is ticked against what is in the box. Liquids are stood upright and bagged. Anything that can rattle is padded.
The label uses the address you wrote, including the postcode. If a line is missing — a flat number, a building name — we ask before the parcel moves.
We keep a copy of the list with the order until the carrier has collected it.
Messages that arrive on a weekday morning are read the same day. We reply with availability and postage. Once you accept, the box is packed for the next collection.
Friday afternoon orders often leave on Monday. We say which collection we are aiming for, rather than promising a clock time we do not control.
If a carrier misses a pickup, we tell you and put the box on the next one. The goods stay sealed at Springfield Road until then.
We post to UK addresses. The packing address is in Warrenpoint, so Northern Ireland deliveries are local and mainland addresses go through the usual carriers.
We do not run a tracking desk beyond the reference the carrier gives us. When we have that reference, we send it to the email on the order.
Include the delivery postcode in the first note. Without it we can list the goods, but we cannot price the parcel.
