How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to complete the order and to deal with a follow-up about that parcel. You can ask us to delete an old message by emailing info@mcparland-ecommerce.online.

Who else sees it

A carrier sees the name and address on the parcel label, because that is how the box is delivered. We do not pass your message to anyone else for their own marketing.

This website

The site does not set tracking cookies and does not ask you to create an account. The only details we hold are the ones you choose to send.
